Question 1

How much does wedding photography cost in Vijayawada?

Accepted Answer

Our wedding photography packages in Vijayawada are shaped around your event days, locations and the team size you need. Most couples book a multi-day package that covers haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the wedding and the reception, with cinematic wedding films and drone coverage added on request. Share your dates on WhatsApp and we will send a clear, itemised quote the same day.

Question 2

What makes Varahi Captures a good choice for a luxury wedding photographer in Vijayawada?

Accepted Answer

We work like filmmakers rather than event photographers. Every wedding is planned frame by frame — light, rituals, family portraits and the quiet in-between moments — so the final album and wedding film feel like one story. Our couples come to us for premium wedding photography with an unhurried, respectful presence on the day.

Question 3

Do you travel outside Vijayawada for weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside Vijayawada we regularly photograph weddings in Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri, Tadepalli, Gannavaram, Ibrahimpatnam, Gudivada, Machilipatnam, Eluru and Amaravati, and we take on destination weddings across Andhra Pradesh and South India.

Question 4

Which ceremonies and events do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Traditional and temple wedding photography, engagement and ring ceremonies, haldi, mehendi, sangeet and reception coverage, half saree functions, plus pre-wedding shoots, maternity and baby photoshoots, birthdays, model portfolio shoots and celebrity events.

Question 5

Where are the best pre-wedding shoot locations near Vijayawada?

Accepted Answer

Our favourites include the Krishna riverfront and Bhavani Island at golden hour, the Kanaka Durga temple steps for a traditional mood, Amaravati's heritage settings, Kondapalli's fort roads and the green backwaters around Gannavaram. We scout and plan the light before every outdoor pre-wedding shoot.

Question 6

How early should we book a wedding photographer?

Accepted Answer

For peak Telugu wedding season we recommend booking three to six months ahead so your preferred date and lead photographer are held for you. If your date is close, message us anyway — we keep a small number of short-notice slots open each month.

Question 7

When do we receive our photos and wedding film?

Accepted Answer

You get a curated set of highlight images within a week of the event. Fully edited galleries follow in three to four weeks, and cinematic wedding films, including the highlight reel, are delivered in six to eight weeks with colour grading and licensed music.
