Information we collect

When you enquire with Varahi Captures we collect only the details you choose to share — your name, phone number, event date, location and any notes about your wedding or shoot. We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and coordinate your shoot. Enquiries submitted through our booking form may be forwarded to our team over WhatsApp or phone.

Sharing and retention

We never sell your information. It is shared only with the Varahi Captures crew working on your event, and retained only as long as needed for your booking and our records.

Image usage

Selected photographs and films may be featured in our portfolio and on social media. If you would prefer your images stay private, tell us and we will honour that.
