Submitting an enquiry through this website does not reserve a date. A date is confirmed only once we have agreed the coverage in writing.

Coverage and deliverables

Coverage hours, crew size, deliverables and delivery timelines are agreed per event before the shoot. Any change on the event day is accommodated where practical.

Copyright and usage

Varahi Captures retains copyright of all photographs and films. Clients receive full personal usage rights. We may showcase selected work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Rescheduling

We will always try to accommodate a date change subject to availability. Where our crew is unavailable, we help arrange an equivalent team.
